Victor Pinchuk Foundation is opening a vacancy for the position of Coordinator of the scholarship community of the program "Zavtra.UA"
Scholarship program "Tomorrow. UA" is the largest private nationwide program to support talented youth in Ukraine, founded by the Viktor Pinchuk Foundation in 2006. Its main goal is to contribute to the formation and strengthening of a new generation of the country's intellectual and business elite.
Over the 17 years of the program's existence, the Zavtra.UA community has more than 2,660 fellows who communicate, support each other in professional development, together develop business, scientific and social projects. 130 meetings with leading speakers of Ukraine and the world were organized and held for the community, and more than 150 projects were developed and implemented by our fellows. Fellows also have the opportunity to communicate with international leaders and exchange ideas, participating in meetings of the Yalta European Strategy (YES) and in public lectures of the Viktor Pinchuk Foundation with the participation of leading politicians, scientists and experts.
Functional duties responsibilities of the Coordinator of the scholarship community of the "Zavtra.UA" program:
- Systematic monitoring of successes, achievements, interests and initiatives of community members, preparation of weekly reports on community activities;
- Organization of selection, support and control of scholarship projects;
- Collection of information and preparation of informational materials for social networks of the program;
- Development and organization of seminars and trainings for fellows;
- Preparation and implementation of permanent projects of the program, in particular: annual Young Leaders Forum during YES, including selection and management of participants, organizational activities, agenda; course in project management for scholarship holders of the program; meetings with thought leaders.
- Managing and updating the database of all fellows, including monitoring and updating the status of community members;
- Participating in the evaluation of applications for participation in 1 -th round of the competition;
- Performance of other tasks upon request.
Musthave for our future colleague:
- Higher education (Master's level or equivalent);
- Excellent knowledge of English and Ukrainian languages (oral and written);
- Experience in organizing events, coordinating projects;
- Ability to lead operational activities within the project;
- Computer skills at the level of a confident user, excellent command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, experience with databases;
- Excellent written and oral skills communication;
- Proactivity, ability to set priorities;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
