Coordinator of the direction of protection and GZN (FOP) in Rokada, BF BO

The "Rokada" charity organization is looking for a coordinator of protection and gender-based violence of GBV (FOP)

MAIN TASKS

• Planning and coordination of protection and GBV activities within the project.
• Organization of outreach activities in communities, places of compact residence of IDPs, educational, social and medical institutions.
• Information of the population about the risks of IDPs, available services and protection mechanisms.
• Establishment of a support system for victims, primary psychological assistance (if training is available) and referral to specialized services.
• Coordination of the work of mobile teams, case managers, psychologists and other specialists.
• Keeping records and preparing reports in accordance with project standards and data protection regulations.
• Participation in the preparation of strategic plans and risk assessment.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education in sociology, psychology, social work and/or at least one year of work experience in the relevant field
• Experience in assisting victims of IDPs and vulnerable population groups
• Compliance with the principles of the organization, the Code of Conduct, safety and PSEA standards
• Knowledge of internal displacement issues
• Fluency in Ukrainian. 
• A confident user of Microsoft Office
• Other relevant experience and skills
• Availability of FOP (group 3), or willingness to register in a short time frame
• High motivation and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Previous work experience in humanitarian or human rights organizations is welcome
