Repair coordinator / project manager in Kostenko_pro_remont

A company engaged in turnkey apartment renovations is looking for an organized person who will be able to control the work of masters, materials and schedules.
Your main tasks:

-organization of the work of masters (planning, control, communication)

-ordering and delivery of materials to objects;

-coordination of several repairs at the same time;

-solving current issues so that repairs went clearly and without delays.

Terms and payment: Rate: from UAH 15,000/month. + 5% of the repair amount of each completed facility Average income is UAH 35,000–45,000/month, depending on activity.

Bonus for timely completion and satisfied customers.

Requirements:

-experience in the field of repairs or construction (preferred);

-responsibility, organization, ability to communicate with people;

-basic knowledge of materials and the repair process;
