The Hive.report team is:

We are currently growing and looking for a manager of technical customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Providing advice to customers on the company's IT products and helping them choose the right configuration;
- Installing and configuring software;
- Training and technical customer support;
- KEP generation.
Requirements:
- Communication, professional level of communication on the phone;
- Ability to effectively advise the client on the phone;
- Ability to quickly learn, absorb material, responsibility and diligence;
- Skills in using a PC and configuring software.
