The Charity Fund "Voices of Children" is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in eastern Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voices to be heard, to support their resilience in the face of war. The Foundation realizes its mission and aims to become an effective, sustainable and recognizable institution in the field of supporting children.
To implement of an international project, the foundation announces the purchase of the services of the "Coordinator of regional centers". centers of Children's Voice Foundation and ensuring effective implementation of program activities.
Monitoring the quality of service provision in the centers and compliance of activities with project plans.
Conducting regular monitoring visits to regional centers.
Control of project indicators and achievement of planned results.
Supporting regional teams in planning activities and solving organizational issues.
Ensuring effective communication between the central office and regional teams.
Collection, analysis and generalization of information regarding the implementation of programs in the centers.
Preparation of program reporting on the activities of the centers.
Participation in planning the development of the network of centers and the implementation of new program activities.
Requirements:
Higher education (social sciences, management, psychology, social work or related fields).
Experience of working in the public sector or international/national NGOs from 2 years.
Experience coordinating projects or working with regional teams.
Understanding of humanitarian programs (in particular protection, MHPSS, community-based activities) will be an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Readiness for business trips and conducting monitoring visits.
Proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
