Hello! We https://www.spunrise.com.ua/ is a manufacturing and importing company that is actively developing its own brand AGREEN (agreen.ua). Our previous star marketer has grown up and moved on, so we're looking for a proactive marketer (brand manager) to help our brand become even more recognizable and cool. If you think in terms of projects, like to analyze the market and know how to organize work so that banners are ready on time and sales increase - we are right on the way!

Marketer, Brand Manager

Will you be engaged in:

Research and analyze customer experience (work with the agreen.ua website) and look for new growth points for the brand;
• Keep your hand on the pulse of the market: Analyze prices, new products and competitors' activities;
• Follow modern trends:organize the work of digital advertising in social networks and work with contractors on digital advertising;
• Manage contractors (Project Management): Set clear terms of reference and monitor the implementation of tasks with SMM, SEO/PPC, content creation, development of design layouts and labels;
• Drive B2B and distribution: Prepare and implement promotions, provide marketing support for distribution (work with POS materials);
• Evaluate results: Analyze advertising effectiveness and implement new tools.

You are our ideal candidate, if:

• You have experience in product marketing (from 1-2 years) or experience in participating in marketing projects;
• You have analytical skills, you can easily work with numbers (MS Excel);
• You understand the principles of Instagram, Facebook and Google Analytics;
• You are able to independently collect visuals or presentations (basic knowledge of Canva, Figma) and work in task managers (Trello, Asana, etc.);
• You are communicative, open, have an active lifestyle and a high level of responsibility;
• You speak English at a level sufficient to search for trends and references (will be an advantage).
