What needs to be done:

• Organize and accompany studies at a corporate university;
• Form groups, send invitations, communicate with participants;
• Keep reports and analysis of studies in Excel / Google Sheets;
• Create training materials and use AI tools.

We expect from you:

• Experience in L&D / HR or related fields (preferred);
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets;
• Analytical thinking and attentiveness;
• Willingness to work with AI tools;
• Self-organization and responsibility
