What will be in your responsibilities:

• Recruitment, adaptation and development of personnel who will help us create the most delicious products and service;
• Organization of training processes and professional development employees;
• Supporting corporate culture, developing a friendly atmosphere in the team;
• Cooperation with heads of various departments to understand personnel needs and planning team development;
• Participation in implementing effective HR processes and practices.

Your daily tasks:

• Conducting interviews and evaluation candidates;
• Organization of adaptation programs for newcomers;
• Coordination of measures to increase employee motivation and involvement;
• Resolving current issues related to personnel;
• Labor market monitoring and analysis to find the best talents.

Who we are looking for:

• A person with higher education and work experience in HR from 2 years;
• A specialist who has a good understanding of the processes of recruitment and personnel development;
• A responsible, communicative and proactive person who knows how to work in a team;
• Someone who values honesty, openness and strives for continuous professional growth;
• Knowledge of labor legislation and experience in keeping personnel documentation will be great advantage.
