Our employee in this position:

• Conducts systematic monitoring of the condition of mobilized workers and veterans
• Organizes individual support and case management of military personnel, veterans and their families: advises on possible areas of support and coordinates and monitors the further provision of such services
• Ensures the implementation of requests for charitable assistance (processing requests, drawing up necessary documentation, transfer of goods and material values)
• Coordinates interaction with families of missing and captured servicemen
• Organizes events for servicemen, veterans and members of their families
• Interacts with local authorities self-governance within the boundaries of issues related to interaction with the military and veterans
• Participates in the formation of veteran policy
• Forms reports on the number of processed cases and details of the support provided

• Experience working with military personnel and veterans
• Understanding veteran or volunteer field
• Proficiency in accounting systems at the level of a confident user: Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Own car and driver's license (category B)
• Readiness for business trips
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language
