Description of services
Coordinator for interaction with local self-government bodies provides organizational and coordination support for the implementation of project activities at the local level in certain communities of the Vinnytsia region in collaboration with Momentum Wheels for Humanity. The role involves organizing working meetings, maintaining regular communication with representatives of authorities and health care institutions, facilitating the coordination of project activities with local policies and priorities, as well as supporting the integration of project components into the system of local services. It also supports the development of personnel potential, coordination of project activities with local politicians and ensures timely documentation and reporting on the implementation of activities at the local level. The coordinator facilitates the establishment of partnerships, effective interaction between interested parties and ensures the coordinated implementation of activities in communities.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Supporting the implementation of the project on at the regional level
- To promote the activities of the Momentum Wheels for Humanity team in the Vinnytsia region within the defined health care facilities.
- Ensure interaction between the project team, the management of health care facilities, representatives of authorities and other local partners.
- Ensure effective and timely communication between all parties involved
Support implementation and piloting of services
- Coordinate the implementation and piloting of first contact services in identified communities.
- Contribute to the integration of basic rehabilitation approaches into the practice of healthcare institutions.
- Coordinate collaboration between facilities to ensure continuity of care, including discharge planning and patient routing processes.
- Help create and strengthen patient referral pathways between levels of care.
- Initiate and facilitate cross-sectoral meetings between health care institutions, social service centers and other partners to agree on joint actions.
- Identify implementation barriers and coordinate the search for solutions together with partners.
Contribute to the development of personnel potential
- Contribute to the organization and conduct of training events for primary care physicians, nurses and rehabilitation specialists.
- Ensure the involvement of specialists in training, supervision and work meetings.
- Provide organizational support during the preparation and conduct of training events.
Documentation and reporting on project activities in Ukraine
- Maintain relevant operational and technical documentation in accordance with project requirements and internal procedures of Momentum Wheels for Humanity.
- Provide input for periodic, donor and internal reports based on input provided by communities as part of relevant reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information.
- Participate in coordination meetings of the project team regarding planning, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of activities.
Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in management, health care or related/related fields.
- Experience coordinating activities and working effectively with representatives of various sectors, including local authorities and local administration.
- Understanding the principles of work of health care facilities health, primary care and social services.
- Developed skills in intersectoral interaction and establishing partnerships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills, the ability to work with several stakeholders at the same time and coordinate processes at the local level.
