Our employee in this position:

• Organizes individual support and case management of mobilized workers and veterans
• Coordinates interaction with families of missing and captured servicemen
• Organizes and coordinates the implementation of measures for social support, reintegration, adaptation and inclusiveness at enterprises and in communities
• Participates in the development and implementation of a comprehensive plan for the provision of services for veterans within the framework of the MHP Poruch program
• Conducts regular monitoring of the condition of mobilized workers and veterans within established enterprises
• Identifies the need, initiates and accompanies inclusivity projects to ensure accessibility of facilities and technologies for people with disabilities in enterprises
• Ensures interaction with local governments, social services and partners on military and veteran support issues
• Keeps records of requests, generates reports and transmits summarized information to the lead coordinator

• Experience working with military personnel and veterans
• Understanding the veteran or volunteer field
• Own a car and a driver's license (category C)
• Openness to the perception of opinions and ideas different from one's own

• Stability and emotional resistance to objections when defending one's point of view
