The coordinator's main area of responsibility is to ensure the effective implementation of the Foundation's program activities at the local level by coordinating actions between performers, partners, suppliers and the project team.

Main tasks:

• Coordinating the implementation of Foundation project activities in the region;
• Participation in the organization of open events (exhibitions, workshops);
• Communication with partners, representatives of local authorities, suppliers;
• Control of the execution of logistical and technical tasks on site;
• Interaction with the central team;
• Regular communication with program manager and operations team;
• Participation in online meetings and planning;
• Timely transmission of updates, risks and support needs;
• Documentary confirmation of activities;
• Collection of signature letters, check sheets, photos;
• Short event reporting (templates are provided by the project team);
• If necessary, participation in local procurement support (together with the operations team).

Geography

• The service requires full-time employment (estimated to be 15-17 days of active engagement per month);
• Excursions, event support and logistics (if necessary) are provided by the project separately;
• Full work schedule.

Term of service:

• Form of provider: Individual entrepreneur (FOP)
• Form of payment: monthly fixed cost of the service according to the act of completed works
• 5 coordinators are expected to be invited to cooperate (one each in the regions: Mukachevo, Khmelnytskyi, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kyiv)
