About us:

Our department deals with the implementation of IT servers. We provide companies with telephony, CRM systems and other technological tools that help them work effectively.

Working conditions:

-Fixed salary 33,000 UAH in the first month of work (from the second month the salary increases to41,000 UAH. Payments are timely, without delays.
-Five-day work schedule: from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
-Comfortable office with shelter near the Klovska metro station


Main duties:

-Interaction with clients, receiving their requests and formulating technical tasks for the IT team
-Maintaining clear and correct communication between customers and developers
-Understanding technical processes, terminology and working principles of IT solutions
-Controlling and supporting the resolution of customer requests


Requirements for candidate:

-Ability to quickly navigate technical issues
-Competent communication - oral and written
-Responsibility, structured thinking, high level of consciousness
-A neat appearance and business style of communication
