Contract support specialist

We will solve the following tasks together with you:

• Preparation and maintenance of procurement contracts; 
• Control and fulfillment of contract terms;  
• Interaction with external counterparties;  
• Interaction with internal departments (financial, legal, settlement);  
• Formation and maintenance of internal reporting, participation in internal audits and inspections; 
• Skills for working with large volumes of information using MS Office; 
• Working with SAP (maintenance and control of contract data, initiation and monitoring of payments, month closing).

You are our candidate if you have:

• Higher education;
• Work experience from 1 year;
• Understanding the principles of budgeting, cost accounting, payment control; 
• Ability to work with documentation (contracts, invoices, internal reports, etc.);
• Knowledge of energy and procurement legislation;
• A confident user of SAP, MS Office;
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility.
