For the full-fledged formation of the marketing department, the team needs a Content, SMM – manager who wants not just to "go to work", but to develop, learn and become a real specialist in his field.

Given the specifics of our work, we are considering a person who will work in our office, preferably 5 days a week, at least 3 days a week The SMM manager must understand our field of activity, our corporate culture and understand what exactly promotes and how to position our company. Therefore, the person should be as much as possible in the middle of the company, in our team, and not completely remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a content strategy that meets general marketing goals of the company
• Communication with all departments to create original and modern textual, graphic and video content in social networks and on the website
• Shooting of high-quality photos and videos, as well as shooting videos for targeting, video reviews, etc.
• Editing of photos and videos, ensuring their high quality and attractiveness
• Copywriting texts for posts, stories...
• Creating interesting and attractive content for story-making on various platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
• Skillfully create, edit, generate stories while taking into account their visual style, tone of voice and audience
• Cooperation with our as a marketer
• Involve creativity and have a sense of taste and style
• Monitoring the latest trends in SMM to create relevant content
• Analysis of social network statistics and preparation of short conclusions about the effectiveness of the content (what worked, what to improve)

Requirements:

• Experience in SMM (Availability of cases and the ability to demonstrate them will be an advantage)
• Experience in photo and video shooting, editing and content creation for social media
• Proficiency in photo and video editing programs such as Canva, Figma or CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.
• Knowledge and understanding of modern social media platforms
• Understanding the functionality and algorithms of social media. networks.
• Ability to create interesting and attractive content for social media
• Competent Ukrainian written language, without stereotypes: "incredible, cool, stylish, lightning, exciting, inspiring, feel the atmosphere..."
• We need non-trivial ideas
• Attention to details in visuals and texts, understanding the importance of maintaining tone of voice
• Independent and at the same time systemicpersonality
• Responsibility, initiative, creativity, sociability, willingness to coordinate all processes related to SMM and the ability to interact with a team
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

WORKING CONDITIONS

20,000 UAH – 1 month

23,000 – 26,000 UAH – independent management of social networks

28,000 – 30,000 UAH – full understanding of our field of activity, positioning and stable results. 

Salary depends on the level and achievements of the SMM manager

(That is, your level and income directly depend on your responsibility, growth, attentiveness and progress)

We do not consider freelancers and remote specialists

Work full-time or partially in our office. Remotely not considered.

Trial period - 3 months.

Working schedule in the office:

Monday-Friday 9.00-18.00

Saturday 9.00-15.00 as needed

Sunday is a day off
