Content moderator in Prostor

PROSTOR - a national chain of beauty and care stores - invites a Content Moderator to the team!

Main responsibilities:

• Working in PIM and CMS Magento 2 for content management;
• Mass loading (import) of data, updating attribute values and adding new ones;
• Changing product categories;
• Operational enabling and disabling of products on the site;
• Setting display rules, sorting and positioning of products in the catalog;
• Grouping of products by characteristics and mass cleaning of outdated data;
• Update of media materials: hyperlinks, banners on brand portals and landing pages;
• Sorting of requests from related departments by priority and type of problem;
• Fixing common errors and participation in the formation of the team's knowledge base;
• Help in operational editorial tasks;
• Participation in testing new functionality for content.

Our expectations:

• CMS experience (preferably Magento 2);
• Understanding the structure of an online store (catalog, attributes, filters);
• Experience in bulk data processing (Excel, import/export);
