BF "Right to Protection" (the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and implements programs for the provision of direct legal assistance throughout Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal framework, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.

Cooperation and dialogue with local institutions is established and supported, in particular with regional and district state administrations, social institutions, municipalities and local self-government bodies (communities). The project is aimed at the priorities of the CCCM and General Protection clusters, in particular the provision of emergency aid and responding to specific protective needs. R2P will also support collective center administrations and other disability rights stakeholders to improve their capacity to respond effectively to the needs of vulnerable groups and provide quality services to their beneficiaries. style="font-weight: 400; font-style: italic; text-decoration: none">provides professional support for the creation and implementation of an inpatient care service: from the selection of premises and its arrangement to consulting the community and launching the service in accordance with current standards and requirements.

OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Discussion with the project manager and responsible programs of project goals and objectives.

  • Definition of the cooperation with the institutions. none">Providing proposals regarding the criteria of the premises, whichcan potentially be used for inpatient care.

  • Giving recommendations on the repair and arrangement of premises in accordance with state standards, sanitary, social requirements, etc.

  • Development of technical and functional requirements for the space (living rooms, bathrooms, medical areas, etc.)

  • Communication with the Ministry of Social Policy and Unity of Ukraine.
  • none">Communication with community representatives, contractors and other interested parties.

  • Provision of social service preparation.> participation in the preparation of reports, recommendations and analytical materials within the project. 400; font-style: none services, understanding in the field of inpatient care or work with vulnerable population groups.

  • Knowledge of regulations, standards and requirements for providing inpatient care services.

  • Understanding the requirements for arranging the premises: daccessibility, hygiene, comfort, functionality.

  • Experience in consulting, project or expert activities will be an advantage.

  • Skills to conduct meetings, presentations. analytical thinking, ability to work independently.

  • Willingness to visit communities and work within the project schedule.

  • Ability to establish contact with other colleagues;

  • Understanding and following the Foundation's policies.
