  • Discussion with the project manager and responsible programs. Definition of a common vision regarding the provision of charitable assistance, the form of cooperation with institutions, the terms of implementation of the activity.on: none">Mapping of social institutions.

  • Understanding the context of deinstitutionalization.

  • Providing proposals for criteria for premises that could potentially be used for inpatient care.

  • Providing recommendations on the repair and arrangement of premises in accordance with state standards, sanitary, social requirements, etc.

  • Development of standardized technical and functional requirements for space (living rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, medical and household areas, accessibility, etc.).

  • Communication with the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine, the National Defense Cluster and other responsible entities.

  • Communication with representatives of communities, local authorities, contractors and other interested parties.

  • Conducting consultations and presentations for communities regarding the introduction of inpatient care services.

  • Provision of methodological assistance in preparation for the launch of a social service.

  • Participation in the preparation of reports, recommendations and analytical materials within the scope of the project.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher education in social work, welfare, public administration, architecture, construction or related fields will be an advantage.

  • Experience of working with social services, understanding in the field of inpatient care or working with vulnerable population groups.

  • Knowledge of legal acts, standards and requirements for the provision of inpatient care services.

  • Understanding the requirements for arranging premises: accessibility, hygiene, comfort, functionality.

  • Experience in consulting, project or expert activities will be an advantage.

  • Ability to work with communities, conduct meetings, consultations, presentations.

  • Communication, responsibility, analytical thinking, ability to work independently.

  • Willingness to travel to communities and work within project schedule.

  • Ability to establish contact with other colleagues and coordinate joint tasks.
