Job description

We are looking for consultants in mentoring and coaching support to work with health care facilities (HCPs) that provide rehabilitation services.

In this role, you will you combine mentoring, supervision and coaching, helping CHP teams to strengthen organizational, managerial and professional capacity, implement modern standards of rehabilitation care and effectively go through change processes.?

Essential Responsibilities

Mentoring and supervisory support

• Providing individual and group mentoring support to management and key specialists of health care facilities (from 1 to 4 facilities per consultant).
• Consulting on issues of organization and provision of rehabilitation services in accordance with modern standards.
• Conducting supervisory visits (online and/or offline).
• Providing practical recommendations and support implementation of changes aimed at improving the quality of services and the efficiency of the work of health care facilities.

Training and educational component

• Planning and conducting trainings, training sessions and practical workshops for health care teams in accordance with the needs of the institution.
• Adapting training materials to the level of training and the context of a specific health care facility.
• Promoting the development of competencies staff through adult training, facilitation and a practice-oriented approach.

Assessment and development planning

• Conducting an initial assessment of the capacity of the health care facility (organizational, personnel, clinical and managerial).
• Development of an individual capacity building plan in close cooperation withby the team of the institution.
• Coordinating the Plan with representatives of the health center and project coordinators.
• Implementation of a series of mentoring and coaching activities in accordance with the approved Plan.

Reporting and coordination

• Preparation of protocols and reports based on the results of mentoring, coaching and supervision activities.
• Documentation the progress of the HCW in achieving the goals of the Capacity Building Plan.
• Providing regular reporting to the project coordinators in the specified format and terms.
• Performing other tasks relevant to the project goal in the process of its implementation.

Requirements for the candidate

Mandatory:

• Practical experience in the provision of rehabilitation services in health care institutions.
• Knowledge of modern standards of rehabilitation care.
• Understanding the organization of the work of health care facilities, interdisciplinary interaction and management processes in the field of health care.
• Experience in preparing analytical and reporting materials.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in mentoring, supervisory or coaching support for health care workers.
• Experience in developing and conducting training programs, trainings or workshops.
• Experience in participating in capacity development, reform or change implementation projects in the field of health care.
• Facilitation skills, training of adults, coaching.
