Construction project manager (supermarkets, large shopping malls) in NK BUD, OOO

We are NK Bud, a company with extensive experience in the construction of residential, commercial, industrial facilities, reconstruction and repair of any level of complexity. Our team creates a space in which it is comfortable to work and live, and we are currently looking for a Construction Project Manager to work with large shopping malls and supermarkets in Kyiv.

What will be in your area of responsibility:

• Full management of the construction project — from planning to handover of the object.
• Organization and control of all stages of construction of large shopping malls areas: supermarkets, shopping centers.
• Coordinating the work of contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality and project budget.
• Resolving organizational and technical issues, monitoring security at the facility.
• Interacting with customers to ensure maximum satisfaction.

What we expect from you:

• At least 5 years of construction project management experience, preferably in the field of commercial real estate or large retail facilities.
• Ability to effectively plan, organize and control processes at various stages of construction.
• Knowledge of modern construction technologies and regulatory requirements.
• Responsibility, communication and leadership qualities.
• Willingness to work in a team and make operational decisions.
