Construction project manager (industrial construction) in Stoffmark, TOV

Stoffmark is a leading company in industrial polymer flooring, waterproofing and tank protection.
We implement turnkey projects for food, pharmaceutical, agro-industrial complex and heavy industry (from consulting to warranty support). All work is carried out according to international standards (ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP), systematically and with high quality control. at all stages (preparation of schedules, budgets, resources)

• Cooperation with foremen, chief engineer and subcontractors: daily monitoring of works, control of compliance with technical conditions and quality standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP)

• Participation in the preparation of tenders, conclusion of contracts.

• Maintenance of project documentation and reporting: technical passports of objects, contracts, acts of completed works, control of changes to projects.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (engineering/construction).

3 years of construction project management experience. Successful experience in handing over turnkey projects will be an advantage.

Deep knowledge of construction technologies, materials (especially industrial polymer coatings, waterproofing systems) and standards (building codes, safety requirements)

• Planning and financial project management skills: budgeting, time controlin, risk management

• High level of communication and leadership - the ability to manage a team, motivate employees and establish interaction between different departments and the customer  

• Organization, initiative, responsibility and the ability to work in multitasking mode.
