Construction project manager (industrial construction) in Stoffmark, TOV

We implement turnkey projects for the food, pharmaceutical, agro-industrial complex and heavy industry (from consulting to warranty support). All work follows international standards (ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP), systematically and with high quality control.

The company is in the scaling phase, so we are currently looking for a Project Manager who knows how to keep the facility under control - projects, deadlines, quality and documents.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, organization and coordination of construction projects at all stages (preparation of schedules, budgets, resources)
• Cooperation with foremen, chief engineer and subcontractors: daily monitoring of work, control of compliance with technical conditions and quality standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP)
• Control of the supply of materials and equipment: participation in the preparation of tenders, evaluation of proposals, conclusion of contracts, cooperation with suppliers.
• Regular visits to facilities (in Ukraine)to assess the progress of construction, safety checks and timely solutions problems
• Maintenance of project documentation and reports: technical passports of objects, contracts, acts of completed works, control of changes to projects.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (engineering/construction).
• Experience in construction project management from 3 years. Successful experience in delivering turnkey projects will be an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of construction technologies, materials (especially industrial polymer coatings, waterproofing systems) and regulations (building codes, safety requirements)
• Skills in project planning and financial management: budgeting, time control, risk management
• High level of communication and leadership - the ability to manage a team, motivate employees and adjust interaction between different departments and the customer
• Organization, initiative, responsibility and the ability to work in multitasking mode.
