Tasks:

• Department KPI implementation;
• FOP control;
• Work schedule planning of the department;
• Ensuring continuous operation of processes in all areas of the department;
• Communication with partners (email, chats);
• Reporting on the results of the department's work;

• Observance of storage regimes, rules of registration and submission of income and expenditure documents;
• Control of keeping records of warehouse operations, preparation of reports;
• Control of compliance by subordinates with labor and production discipline, labor protection rules and industrial sanitation and hygiene requirements;
• Organization and carrying out loading and unloading operations;
• Inventories, warehouse logistics.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of PC (MS Office) - advanced user, 1С8;
• Experience of working with TSD;
• Experience with PowerBI and Graphan (will be an advantage);
• Experience in managing people from 15 employees;
• Experience with KPI;
• Poise, emotional stability;
• Ability to bear responsibility for decisions made and actions taken.
