Consolidated information analyst in Promotion

Our client, a leading Ukrainian brand of power tools, garden equipment and repair equipment with a strong emphasis on high service, invites aConsolidated Information Analyst to its team.

Purpose of the position:

Ensuring timely, accurate and standardized consolidation of data for analytical processes in the direction of production and inbound logistics.

Main responsibilities:

• Collection, consolidation and verification of data from various sources (ERP, databases, internal files).

• Formation of regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) according to standard templates.

• Preparation of data sets and auxiliary analytical calculations for commodity analysts and the manager.

• Support of corporate KPIs: balances, deficit, turnover, execution of plans.

• Participation in standardization and automation of reporting (Excel, Power Query, Google Sheets).

• Preparation and updating data for BI-dashboards (Power BI), control of display correctness.

• Interaction with IT to solve issues of integration and correctness of data.

• Participation in weekly/monthly operational meetings and informing the manager about key changes and risks.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the field of analytics from 1 year (FMCG/retail/distribution will be an advantage).

• Ability to work with large amounts of data and details.

• Developed analytical skills, systematic, attentiveness.

• Experience with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query), Google Sheets.

• Desirable: experience with BI systems (Power BI).

• Basic knowledge of SQL will be a plus.

• Ability to work multitasking and in team interaction.
