Tasks you will face:

• Providing a second line of technical support for users (equipment, services and information requests), elimination of IT?infrastructure defects.
• Elimination of problems reported by users and escalated by the Technical Support Service.
• Implementation of standards for the use of custom hardware and custom software.
• Performance of installation and modernization user equipment, including but not limited to standard PCs, laptops and printing equipment.

Wishes for candidates: 

• Education - higher (information technology, computer systems).
• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• A certificate of completion of specialized courses is an additional advantage.
• Special knowledge and skills: - principles of functioning of IT infrastructure and its constituent components.    - operating principles and setting parameters of network equipment used in the corporate network.                                                              - technical and operational characteristics, principles of setting and technical operation of user equipment,including but not limited to standard PCs, laptops and printing equipment.    - mastery of a PC at the level of an experienced user.                                                - knowledge of the English language at the Pre-Intermediate level.
