Your area of responsibility:
Online promo and promotions
Implementation of an online promotional strategy in accordance with business goals (turnover, margin, traffic).
Creation and management of an annual / quarterly promotional calendar.
Initiation and launch of online marketing promotions, calculation and analysis of ROMI.
Working with promotional codes: generation, structure, analysis efficiency.
Management of partner online activities (Nova Poshta, Ukrzaliznytsia, etc.).
Promo budgeting and cost control.
Preparation of reports and evaluation of the results of promotional campaigns.
Communications and retention
Implementation promotional communications in online channels: E-mail, Viber, website, preparation of TK for banners.
Operational management of e-mail and retention marketing.
Work with the client base, segmentation.
Participation in building automated e-mail / Viber / CRM chains.
View trigger logic, initiation and implementation of optimizations.
Increasing LTV and repeat purchases of online customers.
Partner marketing activities
Implementation of marketing activities for partners in the online channel.
Update of offers in the marketing price of online services for partners.
Launch and control of partner activities on the site.
Preparation of reports for partners based on the results of campaigns.
We expect:
Experience in e-commerce / digital / online marketing from 2-3 years.
Practical experience of launching online promos and work with retention mechanics.
Understanding of ROMI, LTV, conversion, repeat purchases indicators.
Experience with e-mail / Viber / CRM tools.
Analytical thinking, ability to work with numbers and reports.
Systematic, responsible, focus on result.
