Main functional duties:

• smooth operation of IT equipment at the company facility
• fulfillment of applications in the system Service Desk
• SLA application in working with Service Desk incidents
• resolving incidents related to the work of personal computers, peripheral equipment, printed equipment, telephony, network communications of workplaces
• providing advice to users in working with software
• carrying out routine work with IT equipment (cleaning, prevention of user IT equipment, technical maintenance of batteries in security devices)
• maintenance of user workplaces: installation of workplaces, transfer, elimination of problems in the operation of computer equipment and software
• accounting of computer equipment in 1C, control of shipment and return of equipment from the warehouse, as well as subcontractors and service organizations
• participation in equipment inventory, identification of IT equipment, application of inventory numbers.

Requirements for the candidate:

• work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years (preferred)
• higher education
• knowledge of Windows OS at the administrator level.
• understanding of the principles of Windows Server OS: AD, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
• stress resistance
• knowledge of the basics of corporate communications
• learning
• communicability
• ability to work with users
