REQUIREMENTS

• Professional education.
• Experience of 1 year or more is preferred.
• Knowledge of hardware and of the software part of the PC.
• The ability to quickly navigate and find solutions to the tasks.
• Responsibility, attentiveness, punctuality, initiative.

DUTIES

• Support for the operability of computer systems based on Win XP/7/8/10 and ensuring their smooth operation.
• Controlling the operation of hardware and software.
• Identifying and eliminating problems in work computer equipment and computer networks.
• Communication with technical support services of manufacturers.
• Installation and configuration of software on workstations.
• Ensuring interaction with other data transmission networks.
• Test checks and preventive review of computer equipment and systems as necessary.
• Training/consulting users on issues work on a PC (work with Open Office/Microsoft office, mail clients, printer/scanner application software)
• Development of instructions for using programs.
