    • Development and administration of payment systems: construction of grades, salary ranges, analysis of the competitiveness of the compensation policy. 

    • Management of bonus and motivation programs: KPI systems, annual and quarterly bonuses, long-term motivation (LTI) programs, bonuses. 

    • Salary market analysis: participation in salary surveys, preparation of recommendations for compensation review. 

    • Benefits and social package: development and administration of health insurance, corporate benefits, wellness programs. 

    • HR analytics and reporting: paid budgets, cost forecasting, analysis of the effectiveness of motivational tools. 

    • Development of policies and internal regulatory documents: remuneration, bonuses, grading, benefits.
