We are looking for an experienced compensation and benefits specialist for a manufacturing mil-tech enterprise in Kyiv, who will be responsible for the formation, administration and development of pay systems, bonus programs and non-material motivation to ensure a competitive level of compensation, attraction and retention of staff.

Your duties in this position will include:
Development and administration of payment systems: construction of grades, salary ranges, analysis of the competitiveness of the compensation policy.
Management of bonus and motivation programs: KPI systems, annual and quarterly bonuses, long-term motivation (LTI) programs, bonuses.
Salary market analysis: participation in salary surveys, preparation of recommendations for compensation review.
Benefits and social package: development and administration of health insurance, corporate benefits, wellness programs.
HR analytics and reporting: paid budgets, cost forecasting, analysis of the effectiveness of motivational tools.
Development of policies and internal regulatory documents: remuneration, bonuses, grading, benefits.
>Paid review participation and performance review: readymaking recommendations, analyzing data, ensuring transparency and fairness of processes.
> HR analysts.Higher education (economics, finance, HR, business administration or related specialties).
Experience in developing payroll, grading and salary range systems.
Practical experience in the administration of bonus programs, KPI systems, LTI.
Proficiency in Excel at a high level (formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
Knowledge of HRIS/ERP systems and analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau) will be an advantage.
English - Intermediate+ level for working with global policies and reports.
