We are announcing a Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Entering and correcting current primary information in ERP system;
• Calculation of bonuses;
• Preparation of reports on issues of remuneration, number and movement of personnel;
• Participation in the development and development of performance evaluation systems and personnel motivation;
• Evaluation of positions and labor market research (Korn Ferry methodology);
• Formation and implementation of the salary budget labor;
• Providing consulting and informational support to managers and employees on salary issues.

Requirements:

• Work experience from 1 year in a similar position;
• Knowledge of MS Office and 1C;
• Analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work for results.
