Our HR department is expanding, so we are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager.

  • Experience in the field of compensation and benefits of 2 years;
  • < li style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 300">Participation in projects aimed at developing reward systems for various company departments;
  • Experience in the field of grading and job evaluation is preferred (at least understanding of grading principles);
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, Powerpoint;

Future responsibilities:
