Our HR department is expanding, so we are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager.

Required skills and experience:- Experience in the field of compensation and benefits of 2 years;
< li style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 300">Participation in projects aimed at developing reward systems for various company departments;- Experience in the field of grading and job evaluation is preferred (at least understanding of grading principles);
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, Powerpoint;
- Business orientation;
- Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation;
- Communication skills, analytical and critical thinking.
Future responsibilities:
- Payroll planning with all revisions for the period;
- Planning compensations and benefits, control of this budget (additional personnel costs - health insurance, material additional payments, bonuses, etc.);
- Analysis and assessment of the structure and number of personnel, preparation of reports;
- Implementation and maintenance of automated systems for accounting of wages and compensation packages;
- Budgeting and control of personnel costs, implementation of reporting;
- Formation of the methodology of standardization of processes in the company, analysis of the efficiency of the use of working time;
- Participate in other HR projects.
