We are currently looking for a cool professional in his field for the position ofCompensation and Benefits (C&B) Manager

From the candidate we expect:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Excel at the level of a confident user (complex formulas, summary tables, charts)
• Analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data

Tasks that will face you:

• Analysis of the number of personnel
• Development and adjustment of structures and staff list
• Planning, analysis of the labor fund in the company and in terms of subdivisions
• Participation in the development of short-term and long-term strategies for the company's development
• Closing information, working with reports
• Conducting time-keeping observations, conclusions
• Analysis of the salary market and preparation of offers regarding the competitiveness of remuneration packages
• Development and approval of motivational programs, benefits and compensations
• Calculation of financial aid
• Participation in budgeting
