Community Manager (Product Support) in NeutronX

A crypto startup is looking for an active community manager

About the project

We are developing a trading platform for crypto traders. We are currently at the pilot launch stage - testing the hypothesis and recruiting the first users.

What needs to be done

Attracting users (70% of the time at the start):

• Active work in Telegram/Discord groups - Participation in discussions, networking

User support (30% > 50% with time):

Documentation:
• Participation in the creation of FAQs and instructions">What you need to know/know; font-weight: 400; text-decoration: none">Must have:
  • Experience of active communication in chats/community
  • (UA/RU)
  • Willingness to write a lot and answer quickly
  • Desire to understand the product down to the smallest detail
    
    
  • Management of channel telegrams

  Nice to have:

  • Own trading experience
  • Experience in support or community management
  • English (to work with EN-audience in the future)
    
    
  • Management of telegrams

  Conditions

  • Remote work, flexible schedule
  • If you take off and show the result, after 3 months we will review the conditions

  What do we expect from the candidate

  We need a young and ambitious person - ready to bite into the product, not afraid of routine, and wanting to grow into something bigger. We are not looking for a person who will "serve hours". We are looking for someone whowants to build something of his own together with us.
