Tasks:

- Interact with customers via phone, email and chat;
- Resolve and respond to customer questions and complaints;
- Maintain a database of customers and their inquiries;
- Cooperate with other company departments to resolve technical issues questions.

Requirements:

- Higher education;
- Confident command of Ukrainian and English;
- High level of communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Willingness to learn and develop.
