We are Boosta , an international IT company with Ukrainian roots that creates various technological businesses. Our portfolio includes our own digital products, performance marketing projects, an investment fund and a startup incubator, as well as the Boosta Academy educational platform.

Back in 2014, the company started with 2 people working in the kitchen of a Kyiv apartment. Now our team includes 600+ specialists in 39 countries of the world. Our corporate gift fairy is in a great phase of her life right now, and is about to go on maternity leave. Therefore, we are looking for a person who will take this direction "under his wing." If you want to make people happy and receive their positive feedback, work in comfortable conditions, are not afraid of routine work and high workload, and can also figure out how to deliver a package to the Philippines - this looks like a match!

We must note , that we are growing and developing very actively. The planned period of maternity leave of the specialist for whom we are looking for a replacement is 6 months. If you show yourself well during this period, you will have the opportunity to stay in the company on a permanent basis and continue your development in the direction of internal communications.

What you will do:

• keep records and regular audit of all available branded products
• pack and prepare for shipment gifts
• collect feedback from employees regarding gifts
• send and receive parcels at the post office and with the help of a courier
• place orders in online stores (including foreign ones)
• look for contractors (most often - for the production of branded products, but there may also be a search for contractors for one-time packing of a large number of parcels, etc.)
• perform other tasks of an administrative nature.

What we expect from you:

• attention to details, responsibility, persistence, readiness for routine work
• proactivity, lack of fear of new tasks
• preferably - experience with shipping/packing products/product accounting and relevant duties.

What we offer:

• work in a comfortable office in the center of Kyiv with the possibility to work remotely on days when there are no scheduled deliveries
• flexible working hours with the possibility to start your working day from 8 to 11 am and finish from 5 to 8 pm respectively
• 28 working days of annual paid time offs, as well as keeping all additional days off accordingly according to the schedule of the Cabinet of Ministers (including during the period of martial law)
• medical insurance after the end of the probationary period.
