Recruitment Process Stages

Position competencies:

• English level minimum C1 written and spoken
• Polish level minimum B2 written and spoken
• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as IT Project Manager in a Software House environment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in various project management methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
• Comprehensive understanding of project management principles including team building, risk management, user stories, and work planning
• Expertise in project management applications such as JIRA, Redmine, or equivalent
• Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure

Nice to have:

• Technical background with the capability to engage comfortably in technical discussions (e.g., degree in computer science, prior experience in IT, or as a web developer)
• Scrum Master CERTIFICATIONS: PSMI, AGILE PM
• Business analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
