Right now we are looking for a passionate Commercial Director with fintech experience to join our team.The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive the growth and profitability of the company. This senior leadership role involves managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing the sales, marketing, and business development teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial leadership, exceptional strategic thinking, and the ability to lead and inspire teams.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role in crypto products
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

     

Responsibilities:**

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy to achieve business growth and market share objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives

2.Sales and Business Development:

  •  Lead and manage the sales and business development teams to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed targets
  •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets

3. Client Relationship Management:   

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term business relationships

4. Marketing and Brand Management:

  • Oversee the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive sales
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels

5. Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Report on commercial performance to the executive team and stakeholders

6. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and development opportunities.
