Main tasks:
- Development and implementation of a commercial strategy in accordance with the new business model;
- Management of category policy and assortment;
- Development of own brands (STM) — from concept to product launch;
- Optimization of purchasing processes, negotiations with suppliers, formation of price policy;
- Building a strong commercial block team.
