Key responsibilities:

• Creation and documentation of existing business processes in the company, implementing regulations BP.
• Modeling of BPMN 2.0 and IDEFO business processes.
• Interaction with various departments in order to identify duplication, inefficiencies, information gaps in functions and interactions.
• Definition of key roles of process participants.
• Participation in the development of an operational model and in the construction of a BP architecture.
• Performance of business process analysis using basic methodologies analysis.
• Identification of weak points and areas of business processes for improvement, optimization of processes.
• Development of business process improvement options (TO BE design) and process indicators (PPI).
• Monitoring and evaluation of the results of implementing changes in business processes.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Experience as a business process analyst (business process optimization, project management).
• Practical knowledge of BPMN, description methodology, design and modeling business processes.
• Skills to describe "as is / to be" processes in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience in process modeling in Camunda, Miro.
• English at B1-B2 level will be an advantage.
• Ability to collect, analyze and structure large amounts of information.

Work schedule: hybrid (Mon-Fri, from 9:00 to 18:00).
