The company invites to work a Civil engineer (construction project manager) with experience in the implementation and implementation of construction projects.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (construction, design):
• Understanding the entire process of construction projects works.
• Ownership of AutoCAD or similar.
• Practical design skills, experience from 5 years
• Knowledge of DBN and other construction standards.
• Experience of interaction with licensing authorities.
• Self-organization, responsibility, ability to work in a team.

What needs to be done:

• Analyze and check projects before the start of construction.
• Check the work of executors, subcontractors in sections according to the project.
• Interact with external organizations: Ukrderzhbudekspertyza, Vodokanal, Oblenergo, Teplosatsanavy
• Entering information into e-construction (EDESSB).
• Performing author supervision by construction.

Working conditions.

• Short working hours, 5-day work week.
• Business trips to construction sites are possible.
• Trial period - one month.
• Salary - without delay twice a month.
• Salary is discussed with the manager at an interview.
