Chief training and development specialist

We will solve the following tasks together with you:

• Organization and implementation of the process of adaptation of new front office employees (directions of sales and customer service, development of solar power plants);
• Development, updating and standardizing educational materials (presentations, instructions, trainings, video lessons, etc.);
• Conducting training activities for professional development;
• Assessment of training effectiveness, collection and analysis of feedback, improvement of training programs;
• Cooperation with department heads to determine training needs;
• Maintaining employee knowledge about the product; 
• Maintenance of training reports, control of training by employees; 
• IPR development for beginners.

You are our candidate if you have:

• Higher education;
• 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs and materials;
• Experience in supporting the adaptation of personnel (preferably in the field of sales/customer service);
• Experience in the field of B2C sales or energy;
• Developed presentation, facilitation and public speaking skills;
• Ability to convey information in a structured manner, create effective training materials.
