Working conditions: full-time employment
Work schedule: Monday to Friday
Wage conditions:
- official salary — UAH 27,727;
- increment to the official salary for the rank of civil servant;
- increments, extra payments, bonuses and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service", the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine on 2024"
Job duties:
- Ensuring consideration of appeals from citizens, enterprises, institutions, organizations, officials, people's deputies, letters from central executive bodies, local state administrations, local self-government bodies, requests for information on issues within the Department's competence, and ensuring preparation of draft responses
- Ensuring the preparation of materials for the meetings of the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on matters within the competence of the Department, preparation of information for posting on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on matters within the competence of the Department
- Ensuring the preparation of personal files of dismissed employees for archival storage, drawing up an appropriate description of such files
- Supervision of the production of service cards for employees of the State Internal Revenue Service, preparation of documents, record keeping, issuance and destruction
- Ensuring the preparation of documents regarding the conduct of checks in the DMS apparatus: the authenticity of information regarding the application of the prohibitions provided for in the third and fourth parts of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Purification of Power" and special verification of persons applying for positions in the DMS apparatus and the preparation of certificates on their results
- Maintenance of state statistical reporting, established reporting and accounting documentation, analysis of the quantitative and qualitative composition of the personnel of the DMS apparatus
- Ensuring: preparing and sending to the territorial body of the SFS a notification about the hired employees; drawing up and issuing a certificate from the place of work to the employees of the DMS apparatus, about the performance of the Chairman's duties during his temporary absence, keeping the appropriate records
- Ensuring the drawing up of a duty schedule for employees of the DMS apparatus on holidays, non-working days and weekends, drawing up the corresponding draft of the order, summarizing the information provided by the territorial bodies regarding those on duty, and bringing it to those on duty in the DMS apparatus
- Processing of personal data of individuals for the fulfillment of assigned tasksregulations in accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, as well as ensuring the preservation of such information and other information, which according to the legislation is not subject to disclosure
- Ensuring the implementation and use in the work of the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) in the work of state bodies. Carrying out other assignments of the management of the Department, Management
