Responsibilities:- Correspondence with customers in the chat- Providing information about the company's services- Consulting and helping customers within the chat- Processing incoming messages- Keeping simple reports
Requirements:- Competent written language- Confident PC user- Attention, responsibility- Ability to work with a large volume of messages- Work experience will be an advantage, but not mandatory
