Tasks awaiting thechief specialist:

• implementation of measures to organize the evaluation of the results of official activities of civil servants, summarizing the results of quarterly monitoring of the performance of tasks and the results of the execution of tasks by civil servants, providing advisory assistance on evaluation issues;
• organization, together with other structural units of the NADS apparatus, of work on the development provisions on the structural divisions of the NADS apparatus;
• organization of work on the development of job instructions for employees of the NADS apparatus, their review for compliance with the requirements established by legislation;
• conducting work on creating a favorable psychological climate, forming a corporate culture in the team, resolving conflict situations;
• carrying out the classification of civil service positions in the NADS;

Mandatory requirements:

• citizenship of Ukraine;
• higher education, not lower than a bachelor’s, junior bachelor’s;
• fluency in the state language.

Terms of payment:

• position salary – UAH 22,451;
• allowances, extra payments, bonuses and compensation in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

Terms of selection and appointment:

• appointment to the post is temporary until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this post, but no more than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
