Lviv regional state administration invites a responsible and motivated specialist in the field of personnel management to cooperate. We are looking for a professional with analytical thinking, high organization and willingness to work with large amounts of information. In this position, you will have the opportunity to effectively apply your knowledge, implement modern approaches in working with personnel and contribute to the development of the public service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring full documentary support for the entry, completion and termination of public service of employees of the administration apparatus.
• Maintenance, accounting, updating and proper storage of personal files of employees.
• Preparation of draft orders, orders and other official documents on issues of personnel management, state awards and public service.
• Implementation analytical, organizational and methodical work in the field of personnel management, as well as interaction with the structural divisions of the Lviv Regional State Administration within the limits of competence. 400">
• Education and qualification level - not lower than a bachelor's degree
• Citizenship of Ukraine
• Fluency in the state language
• Experience in personnel management and military accounting (in the public service or in the private sector) will be an advantage.

Working conditions: Full 40 hour work week. Official salary paid twice a month. Surcharges, allowances and bonuses in accordance with current legislation
