Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of personnel selection (line staff of stores, office positions): placement of vacancies, selection of resumes, conducting initial interviews, accompanying candidates to work.
• Organization of adaptation of new employees, control of the probationary period.
• Interaction with department heads on issues of recruitment, adaptation and personnel management.
• Labor market monitoring, turnover analysis personnel, reporting.
• Control of compliance with staff work standards in chain stores.

Requirements:

• Experience in HR / recruiting from 1
• Practical experience in mass recruitment will be an advantage.
• Organization and the ability to work in multitasking mode.
• Communication, organization, stress resistance and responsibility.
