The chief specialist of the department of protection of information systems of UIS and ER in Golovne upravlinnya Pensiynogo fondu Ukrayini v Odeskiy oblasti

Requirements: having a higher education degree in the direction of "Information Technologies" with an educational degree not lower than a junior bachelor's degree, fluency in the state language, computer skills at the level of an experienced user

Working conditions: Official employment. Working day Mon-Thurs: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Fri: from 8.00 to 15.45; lunch break from 12.00 to 12.45

Duties:

• monitoring the state of information security, analyzing cases of security breaches and implementing measures to minimize the consequences of security incidents;

• implementation of the administration of network information protection and security means of protection of nodes at the regional level of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Odesa region of the ICS PFU;

• ensuring the protection of information of regional-level nodes of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Odesa region of the PFU ITS, databases, other electronic registers used by the Main Department;

• implementation of measures for the deployment and operation of a complex information protection system of regional-level nodes of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Odesa region of the ITS PFU;

• ensuring technical protection of information, analysis and generalization of work experience on information and communication system protection, risk analysis of information security and confidentiality, improvement of information protection;

• ensuring cryptographic protection of information and monitoring compliance with the security policy when using cryptographic information protection tools;

• ensuring the preparation of permit documentation and monitoring the use of a qualified electronic signature in the Head Office;

• control of identified user access to electronic registers, databases and subsystems of the information and communication system in order to ensure its integrity and efficiency of use, keeping appropriate records of such access rights;

• checking the state of information security in the ICS of the PFU and compliance by specialists (users and administrators) of the ICS of the PFU with the established procedure and information protection rules;

• maintenance of the node form, verification of forms of electronic computing equipment and compliance with information security policies in the Head Office.

The amount of remuneration is determined by articles 50, 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service", clauses 11, 13 "Final Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2025", Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2023 No. 1409 "Issue of remuneration of civil servants based on the classification of positions in 2025" (from changes):

• position salary UAH 20,795.00. according to the staff list;
• salary allowance for rank, length of service in the civil service;
• award.
