Chief specialist of the Information Policy Department of the Volyn Regional Prosecutor's Office in Volinska oblasna prokuratura

We are looking for a creative colleague who will become part of the team of communicators of the regional prosecutor's office.

Among other things, his/her responsibilities will include the preparation of information messages and the implementation of information filling of the official pages of the regional prosecutor's office in social networks "Facebook", "Telegram" and video hosting "YouTube", work with electronic document flow, stylistic processing and literary editing of the texts of the exit correspondence of the regional prosecutor's office.

Knowledge:

-          Constitution of Ukraine;

-          Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service";

-          Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" and other legislation.

• features of working in the electronic document management system; the basics of content administration on the official websites of state authorities, as well as social networks.

List of documents that must be submitted for appointment to a civil service position during the period of martial law, including the method of submission, address and deadline for their submission:

1.         application for appointment to a position during the period of martial law;

2.         resume (in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 25, 2016 No. 246);

3.         an identity card of a civil servant of the established model (approved by the order of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service Issues of May 19, 2020 No. 77-20);

4.         a copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine / (ID card);

5.         a copy of the military registration document (if available);

6.         a copy of the taxpayer's registration card (except for individuals who, due to their religious beliefs, refuse to accept the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and have notified the relevant supervisory body about it and have a mark in their passport);

7.         copies of education documents with attachments;

8.         a copy of the work book;

9.         confirmation of submission of the declaration of the person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government for the past year;

10.      a statement stating that the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Purification of Power" do not apply to it, and gives consent to undergo an inspection and to the publication of information about it in accordance with the specified Law or a certified copy of the certificate on the results of the inspection in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Purification of Power";                 11.       state certificate of proficiency in the state language (if available).
