Chief Specialist of the Financial Services Development Department of the Department of Financial Policy and Military Risk Insurance in Ministerstvo ekonomiki, dovkillya ta silskogo gospodarstva Ukrayini

We are looking for a Chief Financial Services Development Specialist in the Department of Financial Policy and War Risk Insurance who is ready to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

We seek to find a goal-oriented professional who knows how to work in multitasking mode, focused on quality and results.

Main duties:

1. Analysis of the state of the financial market: the banking sector, the market of non-banking financial services, the stock market and the impact of programs of financial state support of business entities, preparation of proposals for improving the efficiency of their work, preparation of informational and analytical materials. 

2. Development and examination of projects of regulatory legal acts on the development of the financial services market. 

3. Preparation of responses to requests from enterprises, ministries, citizens, etc. Fulfilling the orders of the management, the Government, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Office of the President of Ukraine.

Qualification requirements:

• Knowledge of:
  • Constitution of Ukraine
  • Law of Ukraine "On State service"
  • Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption"
• knowledge of the legislation regulating the financial sector of Ukraine; 
• experience in writing projects of regulatory and legal acts; 
• it is desirable to have a degree of higher education at least specialist (master); 
• preferably at least two years of experience in the financial sector or at least one year of experience in public service positions or positions in local self-government bodies; 
• fluency in the state language; 
• knowledge of the English language; 
• high level of communication skills, the ability to work in a team and effectively interact with government agencies and international financial organizations.
