Functional responsibilities of the Chief Specialist of the Digital Transformation, Cyber Protection and Software Development Department:

• Implementation of a set of tasks related to the implementation of the information and communication system — the Unified Register of State Reserves and participation in the development of the corresponding software;
• Configuration and maintenance of software and technical support for the operation of the Unified Register of State Reserves;
• Participation in the creation of technical documentation, technical tasks, instructions and other projects related to the functioning of the information and communication system — the Unified Register of State Reserves;
• Participation in monitoring the state of information security; on behalf of the manager, carries out work on implementation, analysis of the state of security; provision of proposals for the development of information protection policies;
• Providing, if necessary, statistical information, providing organizational, methodological and analytical assistance to structural units

Requirements for the position:

• degree of higher education not lower than bachelor;
• work experience in public service positions of category B, or work experience in local self-government bodies;
• citizenship of Ukraine;
• fluency in the state language.
